We may use the data you provide to us to run social media advertisements and/or create look-alike audiences for advertisements.

We have a no spam policy and provide you with the ability to opt-out of our communications by selecting the unsubscribe link at the footer of the emails. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by never sending out misleading information. We will not sell, rent or share your email address.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance.

Protecting children's privacy is important to Havilah Health. It is our policy to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and all other applicable laws. Therefore we restrict our website use to persons eighteen years or older. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected or received the personal information of a child under 18 we will take steps to delete the information.
